2. Tough call. Reagan, I believe, once did have a brain.
W.? Not sure he ever did.

4. In a tough decision,
I'd say Reagan was the bigger vegetable. W is just too lazy to use what little brainpower the good Lord gave him.

is bigger than a Brussels sprout - right? Pretty sure Reagan was a turnip.

6. Politically, both are pretty savvy...
... after all, they're both dumbfucks in all other respects, but they both managed to get elected President. Twice each.

But, as regards science, both of them are mental midgets. History? Neither of them knew enough about it to fill a thimble. Arts? Ever seen Reagan's acting?, and Bush even needs ghostwriters to do his own doggerel about his lump-in-the-bed wife. Business? Reagan was nearly broke by the time he ran for governor, and Bush, acting on his own, has destroyed more businesses than Oprah's got pounds. Good thing for them that both of them had little tooth fairies in the background and that the American political system is as corrupt as it is. Religion? Both of them thought that god was going to swoop down in a `56 Caddy and drive us all up to promised land.

Sorry state of affairs when we have to figure out which modern President is the dumber, and it's a struggle to do so....

8. Thier puppet masters are the savy ones.
As any good puppet has to be, both men were brainless and a shell of a man.

7. The question refers to their time in the White House, I assume
Afterwards, of course, RR was clearly suffering from Altsheimers.

That might be why his views after leaving office were so similar to Shrubs.
