7. Firstly it has elections...
secondly Pakistan is a member of The British Commonwealth, so any interference from Bush will be very,very bad, it be near enough declaring war with Great Britain. The majority of the Muslims in the UK are of Pakistani origin, so any attack would be a very bad move.
Pakistan does not have a perfect electual system ask Benazir Bhutto about the Military Coupe but they do vote and Bush has no business to comment.
