Okay, I see the UAE deal for what it is worth now.
It is a bifecta (probably secretly a trifecta) for Bush because he plays on the nation's fears and stereotypes. He also gets to have a backdoor into the country between the DHS and the UAE. My guess is that the BFEE got tired of having to fly money to Iraq (to steal), so they will now ship it out by barge to an undisclosed location in the Cayman Islands. Dick Cheney will ride shotgun.
