1. I'm assuming that Libby's motion to dismiss was tossed...no news is good

2. Some motions were dismissed but some are to be ruled on later.
Sorry I don't remember exactly which ones fell into which catagory. If you get the chance to listen to KO on the rerun later, that lawyer he always has on discussed it. He did say the judge said he was insisting on keeping the focus narrow, but I just don't recall the rest. The judge is to rule on some of the motions in a few weeks.
