9. Here's what's on this week.
Arnold is just up, in my viewing area. :puke: The first segment was a debate on port security, with King and Warner. But it's being shown at different times, in different places, due to Olympic coverage. I posted the link for showtimes, as well, and it's included on this page.:-)

Yeah, same here.
They did that last week too. I never did watch "Press the Meat" last week.

5. Warner is on acid
His forceful oration style does not make his
nonsense any more effective... or even coherent.

He's tripping.

6. Here's a list of MTP showtimes...
It's being shown at different times, in different places, due to Olympic coverage, same as last week. It's on here, now, as well, but was preempted last week...

7. 2 blowhards talking about taking 45 days until they approve
Timmy asks them to promise they won't pass any legislation against the deal during the 45 days - and they do (any legislation would have been to get the 45 days).
One of them says that there's no legislative impediment against foreign ownership of our ports...."
Okey dokey. So, why can't be a furriner president of the US again? Someone refresh my memory...
Why was it an uproar about electing a catholic? Ah, yeah! Allegiance - that pesky word never came about between the 3 old farts on the show.

8. Peter King opposing Bush*...sure wish it was a Democrat.
But, maybe it's best this comes from his own party.

12. King (R) gave an excellent argument against
Warner (R) gave a "let's be nice" argument for.

Against came out much stronger.

The best statments were (paraphrasing)

"it's only been 4 years or so that they have been on our side, they were on the side of our enemy before that - everything could change again tomorrow, then we are stuck"

and

"the manifests could be manipulated, leading the Coast Guard away from inspecting certian containers"

Great stuff.

13. Russert is SERIOUSLY abusing Ah-nold now.
He is quoting editorials about him - Ah-nold is having difficulty responding.

He is looking subdued and weak.

16. Here's the transcript. Arnold starts halfway down page 5...
<snip>
MR. RUSSERT: But the Democrats smell blood. They think you’re weak. Bob Mulholland, former Democratic chairman who’s advising one of your opponents, said this, “He was a pit bull last year, and now after the special elections, he is an old French poodle.”

GOV. SCHWARZENEGGER: You want me to respond to that? I don’t respond to Bob Mulholland. Trust me.

MR. RUSSERT: How about the ...

GOV. SCHWARZENEGGER: I am the same—remember one thing. I am the same Arnold. I am as determined to fix California and the problems. This is the year of rebuilding California. We’re going to go out there. We have proposed at the State of the State address $222 billion infrastructure proposal.

MR. RUSSERT: I want to get to that, but you won’t be calling the Democrats “girlie men” anymore?

Good stuff here...
