and since Mexico is our good friend and ally in the "war on terror", how about if Bush leased the operation of the US-Mexico border to a Mexican business? Since they could do it cheaper than we can, thus saving American tax dollars, I would think anyone opposed to having a business owned by the Mexican govt. running the border would have to be a racist.
