it's good that this point is highlighted, but this article still seems to be based on *Iraqis* killing each other... The number of deaths from 'coalition' troops is way, way higher. Framing the debate in terms of how occupation forces 'aren't doing enough to stop the violence' sanitises the direct reponsibility for the enormous number of innocent deaths in Iraq, IMO.
