C-SPAN Now:Today's SC Case: Future Of Campaign Finance Reform
This is a big deal case. I don't have much hope for it, but it'll be interesting to preview the arguments pro and con. The case is out of Vermont.

4. This law is sooo gone
and it may well represent a fatal blow to the cause of campaign finance reform. Makes me sick.
