Hmmm. Let's see. There are two factions from within the same nation who hate each other's guts, and are actively engaged in killing one another. I'll go out on a limb and say, yeah, that's a Civil War.

I saw a tiny snippet on that other CNN network . It was developing, and it looked horrific . More bombings today.
at least 50 killed in string of bombings today. Yep, its a civil war.
