6. This reminds me

of a Simpsons episode parodying Schoolhouse Rock. All I remember is the bill singing and saying something to the effect of "and if he doesn't like what I say, I'll just say that he's gay." Kind of reminds me of our current Congress.

Just before passage by congress, a whole shitpot full of special tax breaks and pork are stuffed into the bill, which is then "scheduled" for a 3am vote.
