Move to censure Bush will have Polical Fallout
"WASHINGTON - A short, but sharp partisan skirmish broke out on the Senate floor Monday when Majority Leader Bill Frist tried to schedule a vote for Monday night or Tuesday on Wisconsin Democrat Sen. Russ Feingold’s resolution to censure President Bush."

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/11811676/ "Political Fallout" Is that a threat? What more can they do to us? Steal another election? Check out Lie-berman's comments. I didn't think anything could be bigger than Alito but this is. If there's no Dem unity on this, fuck it, we're dead!

12. Censure is a way to put the Senate in play in the absence of impeachment
which must originate in the House of Representatives.

3. But Sen. Joe Lieberman, D- Conn.,
voiced some misgivings and hinted that he’d vote no on the Feingold resolution.

“Frankly I’d prefer to spend our time on figuring out ways to bring this very important program of surveillance of potential terrorists here in the United States under the law…. I disagree with the Bush administration’s legal judgment on this one…. But this is a critically important program to the prevention of terrorist acts here in the United States.”

7. We now know that Joe Lieberman is no Democrat. He's not even
a good American who respects the Constitution. This is a defining issue. He fails.

10. I emailed Mr. Repub-Wanna-Be
and told him how much of a disgrace he is to our Party. Why the good people of Connecticut keep electing this asshole is beyond me.

15. If he didn't bring us one vote closer to a majority
I'd pray he'd flip and make his "Zelllot" hatred of the Democrats official and flip sides.

As it it I'm not sure that the only reason he stays a Dem is because, like Zell, he can do more harm this way.

5. They should let it go to a vote.
But before they do we should let them know in no uncertain terms that we consider this a litmus test. I'm only supporting Democratus erectus this year.
