I got a problem....
You see next Wednesday I'm going on my University's Political Science Club's trip to Washington D.C., I went on this trip before where I met Sen. Clinton, and went a bunch of think tanks, and to both the Justice and State Department.
This year we are scheduled to meet Our Represenative in the House, Rep. Maurice Hinchey(which I'm really looking forward to),visit some think tanks, and last but not least visit the Supreme Court. Looks like a pretty cool trip right?? But there is one problem, that I just found out, which is the visit to the Supreme Court has a catch to it, which is we are going to meet Justice Antonin Scalia. :puke:
I need ammo, I need to say something that will make that vile scumbag look like the asshole he is, but something that won't get me kicked out of school, or barred from attending graduation. Anyone got any suggestions??

3. Ask Him Why Hunting With Dick Cheney
wasn't enough of a conflict of interest to get him to recuse himself from hearing the Cheney Energy conference records case?

4. Lets see.....
I would simply stand up and turn my back on him when he starts speaking. Or ask him if he's gonne recuse himself from the Hamdi v Rumsfeld case. That would be good. All my other suggestions would get you arrested.

6. It's got to be something about the 2000 election.
I don't know exactly what.

Either that or, "Where's Clarence?"

8. hmmm...I think I would want to ask him....
if it bothers him, that our country appears to be ruled by men, rather than ruled by law. And, if he thinks the crimes of politics, or greed and fraud, will have a trickle-down effect...creating a more lawless society.

11. ask him this
Ask him if he still believes what he said after the 1993 Herrera decision (506 U.S. 390):

"Mere factual innocence is no reason not to carry out a death sentence properly reached." -- Antonin Scalia -
