It seems that today Ms McKinney walked aroung the metal detectors at the Capitol building, as she is allowed to do. she's been apparently accosted MANY times by white cops there, after they didn't recognize her (they all look alike, now, don't they?)

8. Cynthia McKinney is an American Hero

she was the first to question *co about 9/11 and Iraq. She was swift boated and lost her seat for one term and regained it the next election cycle. She has been treated rather poorly since her return IMHO. Although I didn't see the picture of the cop, I'll bet he was white, probably new and wanted to show who's on the job. Who's easiest to pick on? A woman, especially a woman of color and he grabbed her like a common criminal. I would have slugged him too. And by the way, doesn't she have immunity?

If (and that's a big "IF") Ms. McKinney hit the security guard/police officier/whatever, let's face it, it's not a good idea. Yes, I know she was allowed to sidestep the metal detector (not a good idea, as people who know James Davis are aware) and the security guy should have recognized the member of Congress (although since she's not featured in Republican mug shots, who can blame him), but it doesn't excuse hitting him.

KO simply acknowledged it. If he didn't, he appears like he's becoming a mouthpiece that we often criticize fox for being.

By and large, we have the facts on our side. Let KO be independent enough to find those facts and credible enough to have people believe them
