Is there any way to save the Tahoe commercials?
We should be compiling those for future reference, like a "Hall of Fame" or something.

Shouldn't there also be a competition for best DU version? Since Chevy surely isn't going to let one those win the real competition, might as well have our own little contest and declare a winner.

4. I doubt it would matter what my opinion is, after all ,I own
a Chevy Tahoe. I guess it matters little that it is driven approx 50 miles/per week? I am still a gas guzzling scumbag for choosing to drive an Evil SUV! As if the Chevy Tahoe is the cause of increased oil and gas prices alone? Wouldn't that be nice?

5. Ah, so touched a nerve I guess.
I wouldn't say you're a scumbag. I'd ask why you spent 30K+ on a vehicle that's only driven 50 miles per week, but I wouldn't start name-calling. Additionally, I don't think it's specifically the Tahoe that's being blamed for anything. I think it's a more general feeling of irritation toward gas guzzlers of all stripes. Just so happens that the Tahoe fits right into that group.

14. So jump on mini vans who get the same mileage as SUVs. And I doubt that
you care that you "touched" a nerve! How about those who live in environmentally unsound houses from the 80's or 70's or 60s or earlier? Or drive cars from those years? Aren't they sapping energy? I couldn't care less what you have too say about my vehicle preferences. I think the Chevy Tahoe commercials on DU were juvenile!

7. I used to work with "at risk teens" that were in love with the Hummer H3
I used to tell them that I would rather drive my shaggin wagon then drive a H3. They used to freak out - rant and rave that I was nuts. I am.

I would drive an H3 if someone gave me one. I was only kidding.

9. Lighten up!
Can't you at least have some respect for the amount of creativity of the ads? We were all just having fun.

No one called you a scumbag - did they?

13. The Tahoe is a poor fit for any driver save the following exceptions
(A)The need to transport large amounts cargo with an option of 4x4 which would not be met by a standard cargo van.

(B)The need transport large number of people and or cargo, with the addition that the vehicle is frequently used for heavy towing to an extent that frequent renting is not desirable.

8. After you create it, you can e-mail it to yourself without entering it

but of course, that saves it only until the contest ends. Hopefully, we can come up with a way to save them.
