Dear OSHA, a worker died on the job at Walmart (not a peep out of you)

I guess ELAINE L. CHAO took the 4 days off and didn't see any news. An on the job death must be investigated by OSHA by law.

3. Actually, don't both California and NY have their own state version
of OSHA? If so (and I am pretty sure that is true), they likely have primacy over this unless they request Federal assistance...:shrug:

I hadn't seen that they had gone to the store. I post OSHA stories a couple times a week. It is normal for the press to report the start of investigations when a death occurs. I thought with the high profile of this instance, I would have found something in the press in it.
