GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (AP) Wal-Mart says it's going to work with local law enforcement to prevent any more tragedies like the trampling death at one of its stores on Long Island, N.Y. on Black Friday. The family of the man killed has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against Wal-Mart.
