PAINTED POST--The National Labor Relations Board says Dresser Rand illegally locked-out striking union employees in November 2007.
The NLRB ruled it was illegal to for the company to let workers who crossed the picket line to go back to work before they allowed striking employees to go back. Plus, the NLRB says Dresser Rand unlawfully discharged or suspended three other employees, and bargained in "bad faith" by using terms not negotiated by the Local 313 Union.

Dresser Rand may be ordered to back pay the affected employees.
