About Us

USA Coffee Company was founded with the goal in mind to both educate and offer the only coffee grown in the USA. It is a fact that only 1% of the worlds coffee comes from Hawaii and those who are not lucky enough to visit that beautiful sate most likely didn't know that some of the best coffee in the world is becoming a major crop on the Hawaiian Islands replacing the pineapple which went south of the border.
Beware of the labeling that says either Kona or Hawaiian Blend. In most cases you will not find more that 15% Hawaiian Coffee. As you know USA Coffee is 100 % Hawaiian.
What impressed me most is that our Kauai Blends from Kauai where the workers are well paid with collective bargaining rights which needless to say in no offered anywhere in the world in the coffee industry..
As you can see the only products in addition to the coffee are all made right here in the USA.
Today more than ever we MUST Buy American . Our children's future depends on it.

Ted Massinello
President

About Our Coffee

At 22 degrees North Latitude, Kauai has the ideal geographic location for growing coffee. Relatively cool evenings, light winds, and low cloud cover allow for the slow ripening of cherries. Kauai's soils are weathered, deep and slightly acidic-the perfect environment for coffee cultivation.

All processing by-products are reused. After filtering, factory water is applied back to the fields for irrigation. The cherry pulp mulch from pruning are returned to the fields as soil amendments, restoring nutrients and reducing weeds.

Water resources are reused. A efficient drip irrigation system applies water and fertilizers directly to the trees roots NO pesticides are used. Cultivation practices also have reduced the need for herbicides by 75%. 100% renewable energy. All power need are met by hydroelectricity.

The employees are all members of the ILWU and are among the highest paid coffee workers in the world.Employees receive a full range of benefits, including, dental, and retirement, for themselves and their families.

2. Maybe not

Is it 100% Kauai? Is it organic and green practice? Is it grown on land abandoned by the pineapple companies? Get my drift?

3. It's 100% Kauai and I be Trader Joe's contracts with your guy and puts
the TJ label on it, lol. Who knows. When business picks up and I'm not practically bankrupt, I'll be able to afford your stuff. Right now the shipping would kill me. As it is, I can only buy coffee a couple times a year and make do with tea the rest of the time.

4. OK

I follow what your saying. Free shipping on orders over $75. :-) I haven't bought from them yet either. We have only bought from the Organic Coffee Company (fair traded) for the last 4-5 years. We buy several pounds at a time. We have a few pounds in the freezer at anytime. We are taking advantage of the sale and free shipping tonight.
