Colorado becomes ground zero in "right-to-work" battle

http://www.laborradio.org/node/8336

Colorado has become Ground Zero in the battle against anti-worker legislation that limits the power of organized labor. Anti-union groups are seeking to make Colorado a so-called “Right to Work” state where collective bargaining agreements would be prohibited. In an attempt to fight back a series of pro-worker proposals have been introduced including a measure that would require business with more than 20 employees to provide health insurance. Another measure makes executives criminally responsible when their company commits fraud. The latter legislation was inspired by the collapse of Enron.
