Fact: With Sen. John McCain the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, huge numbers of Republicans, especially in heavily Republican Geauga County and Chagrin Falls in Cuyahoga County, did pull Democratic ballots. Some thought a vote for Clinton would help her snag the nomination and, as some Republicans think, Clinton would be easier for McCain to defeat.
