At the end of the first segment (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqO32KDfax0), he and Chuck Todd discuss the reports of the Clinton camp trying to sway the pledged delegates.

From Todd, "this idea that somehow either campaign can woo somebody else's pledged delegate... If you've done your job as a candidate, I mean, the person you assign, that the campaign picks to be it's representative as a delegate from the state of, say, Missouri, is going to be the person that mows the word Obama, or mows the word Clinton in the side of their head via some sort of haircut mechanism, or puts it in their front lawn. These people are rabid. So the idea that they would be able to be easily wooed - a super delegate, on the other hand, I think can easily be wooed, because, you know, they are always looking out for the next political deal - but not these pledged delegates who the campaigns pick."

She's obviously desperate to do ANYTHING to win now (as evidenced by the TYT clip that discusses her possibly going after Obama's pledged delegates), and that may well hurt Obama's chances *as well as her chances* in November.

But that just points to her short-sighted strategy that makes her opponent seem unqualified to become president while also making the Republican in the race sound more qualified.

It's a bit of hyperbole, or something along those lines. Anyone who takes him literally when he says he'll bring pitchforks is a fool.

Either that or you're knowingly misrepresenting his statements as a literal threat rather than a BLATANTLY OBVIOUS figurative threat.
