I don't doubt for a nanosecond that KBR is completely incompetent.

It just seems odd that her bubby put our government at a costly standstill over stuff that was total none of our beeswax, even gets a voice on this if not any matters.

So sorry our troops have perished to such idiocy. But still they are blaming the Iraqis yet again.

benefit from the cost plus payment system. Charge as much as possible, do as little as possible, and make as much as possible. Thanks to Cheneybush for the most evil, corrupt, and incompetent administration in the history of the world. Hey, Dick, how's that stock portfolio? Make much?

How many years ago? We've been there for over 5 years, so when were they installed.

And I don't doubt that KBR had to contract out some installation work to Iraqis.

Goodness, do they honestly believe that people are so stupid that they won't think these things through?
