As usual, if you're prepared to write a "Hillary Hater" comment, don't. Watch this instead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmM2j8P55SA&feature=user

Or this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=AffVsYrSKSs&feature=related

And keep in mind the links above apply to *before* Hillary's campaign tactics became so ugly and damaging. This has nothing to do with any kind of biased or irrational dislike of Hillary (of course some people do irrationally dislike her for various reasons, but that's not what this is about).

PS---You can always watch TYT Live from 3-5 pm ET, with a Rolling Post Game 5-7 pm daily Monday-Friday at www.theyoungturks.com The RPG often contains political talk but also many non-political topics to lighten things up (and yes, that audio may not necessarily be work-safe).

Also, if you can't watch live, the 3-5pm portion of the show (politics) streams the rest of the day, all day right after the Post Game Show ends leading up to the initial show at 3pm.

1. Ha. Politics as Big Time Wrestling. Absolutely.
Aside from the comparison's to Senator Clinton's current toxic campaign, one can observe the way 'shout' shows work on tv. The same formula's been working for a long time: Establish a Bad Guy, give the Bad Guy some victory over the Good Guy. The tickets for the re-match will soar in value.

Sometimes I feel like a rat in a maze or a dog in a skinner box. Bread and Circuses my friends, Bread and Circuses. Vote for the puppet on the right or the puppet on the left.

I hope Obama surprises us all and makes a great president. That would be just fine.

3. The "bell" doesn't ring until someone has a majority of the delegates.
And again I reject the notion that ordinary campaign tactics are "so ugly and damaging."

5. Yes, that's *technically* true, but not relevant from a practical perspective
I reject the idea that it's ok for Hillary to reduce Obama's chances of winning in November for the lotto style odds that she might pull off an enormous upset, and in the process, infuriate and disgust millions of voters who WILL feel as though they were overruled by the party establishment (you can argue rules are rules, but the *perception* is valid here).

Don't act as though elected delegates and super delegates are same thing. Again, from a rules perspective they are, but if you want to win hearts and minds and mobilize all of these new voters you sure as hell aren't going to do it by arguing that they should quiet down because the super delegates have spoken (and overruled their will).

Finally, her campaign tactics are NOT ordinary. Maybe if it were a few months ago they would be, but certainly not this deep in a primary where the Republican nominee has been known for some time. She's making arguments about experience and national security that are damning to her should she pull off/steal this nomination, because she is fighting on turf dominated by John McCain. It's an incredibly short sighted and stupid move. It's Hillary's nuclear option that might give her the nomination while at the same time making McCain that much stronger.

And don't try that lame argument that the Republicans will do much worse in the general so Obama shouldn't complain. Hillary's tactics are uniquely damaging because *her words* and *her images* will be used in campaign commercials against Obama (and herself!). Even Bill Clinton's disgusting comments about how we need to candidates who love their country (if your life depended on it would you honestly try to argue that he wasn't suggesting Obama has Patriotism issues?) will be used.

In fact, McCain already has referenced Hillary's awful 3am ads to rip on Obama *and* Clinton. Mitt Romney did the same. At this point every dollar Hillary spends fighting Obama is another dollar in McCain's pocket, period.

12. Yea, like when she ran that "Obama is a liar" ad in SC. Oh wait
That was Obama. Who is trying to damage the other candidate's GE prospects again?

6. .........
....which is what Obama has been standing for since day 1, to move past the ordinary campaign tactics and run a positive campaign.

but I guess as long as it's 'ordinary' it's o.k., right. ....please.

7. reject and denounce?
"ordinary campaign tactics" is code for negative campaign tactics. and negative campaign tactics are not acceptable against your own party

8. After Pa. Obama will have clinched...
the elected delegate majority almost regardless of Clinton's margin.

That means, Obama will have the majority of elected delegates no matter what.

This fantasy that the Clintons can bully virtually all of the superdelegates (and she would need nearly all of them by convention time) via a tactic of character assassination needs to come to an end. It is a fantasy.

There are only two possible scenarios as to why the Clintons have taken this path:

1) The "Tonya Harding" strategy to set her up for 2012
2) Ego driven delusion

If #2, perhaps she may "snap out of it" after her victory in Pa., particularly if her margin is under 15% or so, or maybe after her subsequent loss in N.C.

If # 1, then she will attempt to destroy Obama and the party with it. The bigger disaster she can help create all up and down the ticket, the better her argument for herself in 2012.

I really hope it is only blind ego that drives them.
