I don't think he was "comparing" Obama and Clinton so much as lavishing gracious praise on both. And I do take at face value his statement that democrats would be "blessed" to have either facing McCain in November. As for his preference, personally I think he does have one, but he's keeping his choice close to the vest. BUT I did find it very interesting that Elizabeth Edwards (according to Halperin's "The Page") said on "Morning Joe" today that she and John may not endorse the same candidate.

"I will fight for you!" over and over and over... Until he dropped out before super tuesday.

And all this time has gone by with no endorsement.

As far as I am concerned, he is no better than any other phony politician.... Sorry, that's just how I see it.

we love to eat our own. Look at the polls at the Daily Kos and one will see that 59 % are less optimistic about the WH election in November. Wonder why?

Quit your bitching about endorsements, and remember Al Gore also chooses not to make them. John and Elizabeth are doing the heavy lifting the other candidates ARE NOT doing.
