Also, in case you missed it, here is Cenk discussing the topic 'If the Iraqis Are On Our Side, Who Are We Fighting in Iraq'?: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=385&topic_id=117478&mesg_id=117478

Speaking of crimes that have gone unpunished, here is Cenk's 2 minutes rant on how now laws apply to KBR employees: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_gxEfMo6Bs

PS---You can always watch TYT Live from 3-5 pm ET, with a Rolling Post Game 5-7 pm daily Monday-Friday at www.theyoungturks.com (both shows include a live chat). The RPG often contains political talk but also many non-political topics to lighten things up (and yes, that audio may not necessarily be work-safe).

Also, if you can't watch live, the 3-5pm portion of the show (politics) streams the rest of the day, all day right after the Post Game Show ends leading up to the initial show at 3pm.

1. I'm laughing about the fact that the CIA carefully documented this
so we would know who to hold responsible. Sounds like George Tenet wasn't as stupid as I thought. I can't believe the principles would be dumb enough to have their names attached. War crimes trials, here we come.

4. The "I was just following orders" excuse didn't work too well at...
the Nuremberg trials, though...

But it may work at The Hague IF (and it's a BIG if...) there ever will be one there. :(

6. It would be a good thing for them to be charged in an international court
None of the people that signed off on torture could get a Presidential pardon.

12. Of Course
The future will not be kind to many in the administration.
I cant see how there will not be people held responsible for many things in Bush's tenor.
