2. I agree with that but Nutter has potential to be a good mayor
He has fought against corruption and for reform for years and he came from 4th place to win as a dark horse candidate in the mayoral race. It was expected to be between Chaka Fattah, an ally of the corrupt John Street who was then mayor, and millionaire Tom Knox who flooded the airwaves with ads and bought himself front runner status.
