The protest - where flag lapel pins were handed out to Disney/ABC employees - was held on Friday. It was not covered by any mainstream media outlets.

And it made me feel great to see them out there protesting ABC's treatment of this "debate".

"High school tactics" one of them said. Or "Do we need a lapel pin to prove our patriotism?".

I am wondering what can be done to fully have ABC investigated for using public airwaves to influence a political nomination using issues that do not affect the American people.

It is the law that if you use any part of the unencrypted spectrum you have to use it for the better of the people. That is why the Emergency Broadcast System is a law and not a side feature.
