I especially liked it when he pointed out that John McCain is a (for lack of a better term) flip-flopper, even on issues that "offend his conscience"...

There is obviously a lot more to Rev. Wright than some sounds bites from right wing sources. Rather than further hurt Senator Obama, I believe Pastor Wright self-defense will alleviate some of the damage.

Only someone with a FoxNews mindset would think otherwise.

8. They ripped Obama

Wallace ripped him right after (of course), although I just forget what he said.

Kristol basically said Obama's comments had zero substance (he was so arrogant and obnoxious when he said it) and that Hillary was much more substantive when she was on.

Juan Williams jumped in to say something about how Obama didn't connect with blue collar workers and that he avoided the issue.

I only caught a few minutes but of course they had only faint, token praise (at best).

I thought Chris Wallace was going to ask harder questions. They seemed like buddies to me. :crazy:

It was very funny when the panel was trying so hard to find something negative. They weren't very effective. But, I do agree with one point. Obama has to be fighting *crazy* like Hillary. He has to start fighting back HARD. He's being too damn nice to her. It's like he's afraid to make her :cry: or something.

I don't think Obama voters will jump ship if he starts being firm on some attacks. Whenever McClinton attacks he only brushes it aside like its nothing unless he is pushed into a corner like the Rev. Wright drama. Chris Wallace asked him about the racist SC comments made by Bill Clinton. Obama had a chance to make the Clinton duo understand racist comments like that wasn't cool. He made it seem like it was not that serious just to keep everything kumbayah for the Clinton supporters. Obama does not have a chance anymore to win die-hard Clintonites. Hillary Clinton fucked it up for him.

I'm not saying Obama should attack like Clinton. The truth is his weapon. If he wants to ignore Clinton....fine. But, please find something to shut her up. Have one of his influential white female supporters start talking serious crap about her. If any man dares to say anything bad about her....the word MISOGYNIST pops up.

so he doesn't need to worry about what she says or does. He's bigger than that, and his reaction and lack of reaction reinforces that.

His entire campaign is about 'change', as in changing Washington politics. Now I know that's only talk and hot air, but to keep up appearances and keep that image of him as the bringer of 'change' alive, he has to refrain from the 'old' campaign tactics Hillary and McCain are engaging in.
