Thanks to the media for that false impression. I will admit, however, that there is something about his voice and communication style that gives this impression.

But his voice and communication style give this impression. This is dangerous. Remember Ragean. His primary asset was a mellow voice. He shmoozed people into voting for him as if he were singing a lullaby and swinging a hypnotic pocket watch in front of them.
