from the Highway Trust Fund? Are people so dumb that they can't remember that the Minnesota bridge collapsed about a year ago, 4/1/07? Hillary Clinton is banking on the stupidity of American voters. I bet if it would have happened on 5/1/07 Hillary wouldn't support this gas tax. She would realize that the 1-year anniversary was just around the corner instead of 1-month ago.

pretend that there is some federal authority that can just suspend all foreclosures with the wave of a magic wand, fail to pass a provision to allow a bankruptcy judge to basically do that, pass a bill that makes foreclosure easier, and oh yeah, pretend that i would pass a windfall profits tax in a million fucking years.
