I know he is a snake, but this is really amusing.

14. How Despicably and Incredibly Hyperbolic of You....
You couldn't be further from the Truth than if you were in a galaxy at the far end of the Universe from planet earth.

17. Huh?
what does that statement mean? Are you refering to the gist of Carville's lecture?

3. This was interesting --
I've always enjoyed Carville if only because he's such a character. The Judas thing? Pure Carville.

Thanks for posting!

4. Heya Gateley!
Yeah, one thing you can say about Carville is that he is entertaining.

I liked that this was candidate neutral -- just talking about the strategies and how Camp A and Camp B are pulling from each other in this race. Very interesting.

I also liked his slam on McCain at the very end in defense of Obama. I wish it hadn't have cut off -- he was on a roll against the guy.

5. Amusing how he avoids mentioning the DLC in his description of the party.
K&R. Enjoyed.

7. Yeah, I was wondering if that was going to be
the other contradiction. And although I initially disagreed with his " Hillary is Party B" BECAUSE of the DLC, I realize he's referring essentially to her base.

8. The Blackjack analogy is weak
Boring too... He explains the obvious, well at least to educated people...

10. I think that was the Party B approach -- wanting government to control everything
as opposed to the Populist Party A approach.

While I think JRE is a MUCH better contrast as Party A, TPTB thought he was TOO much contrast...

6. Heya yourself!!
It's interesting that Carville -- and most of the pros, come to think of it -- are able to stand back and objectively view "this situation" and we're not! I enjoyed his, as you rightly said, candidate-neutral assessment.

Maybe more will be posted. I'd like to see the entire talk.

:hi: :pals:

9. Interesting
His analogies and comparisons were off. The game of Blackjack hardly describes the numbers in this primary. And that Democrat A - Democrat B jazz was just not accurate.

Lieberman and the DLC and their voting records; Hill pretending to be something she is not. Perhaps these are a few of the explanations for the contradictions within contradictions; Funny how even their heavy shadows are not touched upon.

15. Thank You For Stating It, whistle.
He was speaking to an intelligent, appreciative audience including me... and you... and apparently many too many deaf ears as witnessed here.

13. Carville is a very wily, knowledgeable, snake at that.
His analogies are right on. It is no fluke that he has been a top leader-maker.
