1. I'm open to helping Hillary w/ debt- but it must be AFTER the general election.

And the amount given would based on how hard she & Bill campaign for Obama.

Fair enough? Thats how I would do it.

2. Hillary has to pay off her primary debte BEFORE the end of the Convention

After the general election is over is way too late to pay off her primary campaign debts. That's per the FEC.

I'll let Obama's big dollar donors pay off Hillary's debt. I've got better things to do with my money than give it to her.

I dont think she has the right to suck funds out of the general just b/c she wanted to campaign for several weeks longer than necessary.

She needs to go on a lecture circuit, or borrow it from a lobbyist or something then.

5. Dr. Dean is one shrewed man. He is going to give us a

democratic president. And the best way to do this is by helping Hillary help Obama. It will probably take some tweaking,but he could help bring this together.
