23. You betcha they can .... It's called "inherent contempt" and you are correct ...
... in your response. I, and others, have written about this, many times, in the past three years.

"It Is WAY PAST Tribunal Time In The United States of America."

35. No kidding. I didn't know that.
Have the capitol police ever arrested a high level government official before? What a sight that would be...

4. Nice clip! This would be a lovely way for KKKarl to spend his days before the Nov. Election.
Edited on Thu May-15-08 09:05 PM by Impeachment_Monkey
scrambling tooth and nail to keep his sorry ass out of jail.

Go Conyers! Don'T back down this time. You've already thrown down the gauntlet now,
so to go back on your word at this point would be beyond shameful.

ARREST ROVE ASAP.

See, if we keep the pressure on politicians and they begin to feel the heat, we can get them to do anything.

The I gonna never got one person they said they were going to get!

Just like bullshit from Joe Biden........just words and empty threats!

I am so tired of the empty threats and the Bullshit. They are just words without action.

Are people satisfied with just empty threats?

disappointed me so often that I can barely feign interest anymore when he gets all puffed up and indignant.

21. Awesome vid!
Just when I thought a stern letter was the extent of Conyers' authority. I love judge Crier: "It's about time", "either this 3rd branch has power or it has been completely emasculated", the look on her face was priceless when Abrams asked if she's surprised Conyers is using language like arrested.

Wexler rocks!

I usually don't get this excited but I need to get it out of my system in case it's some kind of dream and Congress sucks again tomorrow, like when what's her name woke up and Bobby was in the shower on "Dallas".

22. FINALLY!
I just hope they follow through. Crier hit the nail on the head.

Bush has basically been ruling by decree and congress has rolled over time and again, failing the American people and rendering themselves pointless, kind of like the Reichstag under Hitler.

32. Crier said, "the full house of congress", so she means they would
need to be unanimous in their decision to arrest Rove? I have e-mailed by elected officials on this, and will continue to do so for whatever good it will do. This bastard should not be allowed to skate through, I am so sick to death from watching them get away all the time! Crier is dead on, we may not really have a 3rd branch of government..just a facade. Write your reps. folks!
