Bottom line, I don't see people who differ from us on the other side of the aisle as inhuman, evil (thought the impact of many of their policies could be seen as such), or the Other. They're just wrong--very, very wrong most of the time. I saw a lot of that in the prior post.

5. Cenk, you're right. McCain is a pandering. embarrassed and flip flopping Republican

who speaks with forked tongue. Ellen really caught him on the gay marriage issue

and he gave the most tacit approval to it. Because he was on television.

The commercial says it loud and clear. McCain does NOT approve of gay marriage, gay rights or gay anything.

When Ellen asked him if he would walk her down the aisle that was a direct hit. He's uncomfortable with gay people....period.

Just like when my sister in San Diego told me she wouldn't come to my marriage if I met the right guy. Another hypocrite.

Clinging to the word "marriage" when we have an astronomical divorce rate among straights. Can anyone own this word? I don't think so.
