2. A complex and fascinating speech. Lightyears beyond the ususal political

posturing, an actual well-thought-out, reasoned, nuanced, practical, longterm strategy for moving relationships and human development forward in the Americas.

Too bad everyone's too involved with the latest spin and counterspin dustup to listen. It is a little long, though. Guess it would only pay if you actually are interested in the history and future of the Americas.
