Beautiful video. It captures the essence of what it's like to be a part of the Obama campaign as a volunteer. We do what we can and some things we never thought we could.

7. I agree. Being a volunteer for his campaign means so much to me....

I really believe every vote counts and when people are only getting the "news" from the MSN I've found that they are pretty confused (many I talked to didn't have access to the internet). Sometimes we would go home and copy the info and bring it back to them. Sure there are the people with the scared look that close the door on you when they see the Obama pin but many more were willing to talk and learn. Plus the other volunteers I'm working with are wonderful and I feel will be life long friends. When we found out what we did actually helped his campaign it made us really realize that every vote counts(we're one of those dark blue counties in the right hand upper corner of Oregon...RURAL OREGON...and Obama won by almost 12%!!!!!). Look for a volunteer group in your area on the Obama web site!
