we're talking about a Vice President here (with the emphasis on VICE ... how fitting) who doesn't believe he even needs the approval of Congress to go to war, who doesn't gave a damn what you or your Senator or your Congressman think, and who believes he can launch whatever war God personally tells 'W' to launch with complete confidence that this lilly-livered Congress will do absolutely nothing to prevent it. Were this not true, we would have already seen impeachment proceedings and war crime trials as a reuslt of the invasion of Iraq.
