If I were sitting quietly in the audience and the protesters began their demonstration, only to be dragged out of the room by security, and the counter-protesters began chanting "John McCain! John McCain!" and I started inserting "sucks" after "McCain," so it sounded like "John McCain sucks! John McCain sucks!, would I be ushered out of the room, too? I mean, I couldn't say anything until the counter-protesters started. And I don't recall any of them being taken out of the room.

And if the protesters are guilty of creating a disturbance, then wouldn't the counter-protesters also be guilty as well?

Or does the definition of "disturbance" depend on the content and not the disturbance itself...
