1. I think she was talking about MSNBC, not ABC
Wiki says she worked for ABC since July 2003 and MSNBC before that. It isnt shocking that GE would do this. They did it to Donahue.

2. Good for her!
Wouldn't it become great if more journalists came out with similar statements?

And was Anderson REALLY incredulous about this, or was he being facetious? I'm thinking if WE'RE not shocked, he certainly shouldn't be!.

We won't have our employees cutting into our profits.

Gone are the days of the old journalist's mantra: "Comfort the afflicted, and afflict the comfortable."

9. This doesn't suprise me one bit!
The media was the one doing the time of the war drums, "It's completely absurd the executives is editing our talking points" Now we know that's was a lie.

inability to report fully. The devil made her do it!

12. Since she had to follow orders at corporate new$, realistically, what would her options be?
Quit and work for a small time independent news organization that pays a lot less. It was the money, not the devil that made her do it. (I'm only guessing. She might later claim she was possessed by demons)

13. Then these "executives" must pay the price as well as the bouche administration.
How is this any worse than Nazi propagandists who ran the news in Germany before WW2? Hey, think of it this way, Charles Manson didn't actually kill anyone, he just told people that it should be done and they did it. The news told us we should go to war, believe this administration, now look at us.

What happened to Lee Camp?

Camp: "Can I just ask a question?"

Fox News guy- "Sure."

Camp: "What is FOX News—it's just a parade of propaganda isn't it? It's just a festival of ignorance.
A million people are dead in Iraq. Come on this is ridiculous...."
