:wtf: You're talking about the Bush administration here, Lou. Their hallmark is doing things on the sly, ignoring the will of the people and Congress, not including anyone in decisions effecting millions of Americans. Out of character? My ass, this is very much IN character for the Bushies.
The freepers heads will explode when they find out what Bush is up to now. Completely open our norther and southern borders just so it's easier for corporate America to do business? I guess they have to keep the illusion of growth up somehow. They've laid off and outsourced everyone they can, now they're forced to come up with new and creative ways to sucker investors into the big casino. :eyes:
