2. Fascinating!! Thanks!

He did NOT say that she was an inexperienced lightweight or even go anywhere near the issue. He's so smart. He understands that such issues are best raised by surrogates, and that he should stay on message and be positive. Very cool.

I also like the part where he tosses in a joke and Biden cracks up. :-)

8. Obama ignoring Palin... BEAUTIFUL....
Yup, I agree...

Actually... I like the tactic that they are being nice... but essentially ignoring Palin as a "non entity".

In effect saying WTF cares?

McCain, with or without, Palin is more of the same.

Period.

7. He may as well have said, "I don't really know who she is."
God it's going to be funny to watch our side rip the McCain-Token ticket.

15. Only mentioned her by name ONCE!
This tells me something. Either that they want to not mention her much, or that Obama is playing shrewd with this. Everything he says about her is true, he never said a bad thing about her, but that she stands up for McCain's values. Very good tactic.

So who's it gonna be?
Obama/Biden
or
Geezer/Gidget?

19. Obama did...
make an issue of Palin inexperience in a round about way when he said that Biden is ready to be President on day one....He is not going to directly attack her experience....only a Repub would do that if the roles were reversed.

23. Obama looks so sane and does not attack Palin at all
It good to see him talk, he just comes across as something entirely different than McCain. Not to mention the president you have today, lol ;-)
Imagine having this guy up there, its like a dream coming true. And Joe Biden too, he's the perfect running mate. Not to mention all the Democrats behind them; Dean, Kerry, Gore, the list is almost endless. All sane people who will try to do what's best for the nation, without going bananas on a whim.
Yorop needs politicians like that too! :P
