So what that all of the Jews will be killed (save for a special 144,000)? So what that Armageddon will be fought in the Valley of Meggido and the blood will "run to the horse's neck"? It's all good for the lucky Christians who will be whisked away (Raptured) to a much better place while the Earth festers and burns.

He loves Israel and the Jews for the "prophecies" they will fulfill, all of which will directly benefit him and the Koolaid drinking followers he and other End Timers have.

4. Israeli leaders look upon RW evangelical support with the caution

...they would if Nazi fascists came to them to fight against radical Islam...."The enemy of my enemy is my friend, but I will never turn my back to them".

NPR <National Public Radio> had a special about this very issue a few months back. It might have been Fresh Air, but I'm not certain. The Israeli being interviewed said just that very thing and the program host used the term RW evangelical fascists to describes those from the religious right giving support to Israel. Does anyone else remember that program?
