I ambivalent about this.

First, I think about the possibility of her working as a newsperson in Alaska if she had won the contest, never a mayor of Wassila, never a governor, never McCain's bitch.

Then, I think about how good it is for our side that she is on the ticket.

What I am not ambivalent about is this....

I can't help but wonder why there has been no outrage from the Regug puke machine about how sexist and demeaning Pakistan's president was to Princess Palin when he said, "you are even more gorgeous in life than on TV. I see why the American people are so taken by you."

I mean, WTF? Obama uses a "lipstick on a pig" cliche in reference to John McCain and the riechwing spin machine is all over it. Why the hell aren't they calling for the US to sever diplomatic relations with Pakistan.
