2. Actually that's pretty funny
I'm surprised that Bush went for it. Wasn't as pointed as Colbert, but there were still some thruthy moments.

4. here's Steve Bridges in an early version of the makeup
He doesn't look much like Bush without those latex prothestics attached. The artist (Kevin Haney) is really good -- he's done several versions over the years, and they seem to be getting more accurate. Though my guess is that he had to be there when they were getting ready for the dinner, just to fine-tune the coloration.
