5. Powerful not just to seniors.
I was in utero when Kennedy was killed, but the first 30 years of my life were resplendent with JFK iconography--PBS documentaries about his life, made-for-tv movies about his life, a plethera of books and documentaries about his assassination, comparisons to Camelot, etc. He continues to be a Democratic icon to this day. I think the Kennedy touch will especially resinate with voters, say, 35 and up.

3. Good but they left out the worst part of McCain's plan - taxing the bennies
Most people I've talked with are appalled at the idea of their insurance benefits being considered taxable income.
