On Long Island, NY ... good old fashion labor strife.

1. The good old days. When businesses feared unions.

And crossing a union picket line meant being shunned by your community and co-workers, or worse.

Thanks for posting. My dad was 11 years old when he crossed the picket line in 1931. He placed blasting caps in holes too small for adult workers to get their hands in. A few days latter he was taught why he should have stayed in school by some union members.

3. This happened just before my birth.

This is an example of the freedoms that were my birth right. Two Police against hundreds of protesters. Some departments would not even respond as back-up. Go protest today and observe your police, armed to the teeth and roaring to go. Weapons we pay for ready to jolt us into unconsciousness. We have lost control of our Police and Politicians. I wonder what these dark ages will be like?

I am ashamed of what I've allowed to happen to America.
