With folks like this on the end of the 911 call for help, who needs enemies?

1. What an *ss!
I guess if I am being knifed I better speak to the man if I want help. I think this guy has just been on the job too long. Hope he finds a job better suited for him. Maybe the Returns Dept. at Wall-Mart!

2. Where was his request for her address? Can 9-11 get tracers on a locale
even when the person is traumatized? I thought they could? (Cell phones excepted? - Land lines only?) Does anyone know?

4. I've had police show up at my house because my phone called 911 itself
if it's a land line, they know where you live.

Three times in one night. Some kind of short in the phone. Freaked me out.

5. Will be interesting to see what happens - no doubt this will continue in the press

Hard for him to argue 'he was gonna ask for an address' when he didn't. I'm wondering what happened with the woman's attack. Was a car sent to her place regardless? I do believe they can trace a land-line call, but not if called using a cell phone as they could be anywhere at that point and having an address is important. Besides, when life and death is at stake, the argument that 'I was gonna ask her for the address' rings untrue when all that time passed and he hadn't - and hadn't even sounded urgent.

He sounded annoyed in my opinion.
