"...But the contrast between Moyers' format -- which permits, even compels, lengthy, detailed, highly developed answers and all sorts of in-depth follow-ups -- and the universal limitations imposed by the cable news format -- where major, complex topics are reduced to 5-minute segments involving a handful of questions and 3o-second answers that cannot possibly entail anything beyond the most generalized, conventional bullet points -- was even starker to me as a result of taping these two interviews on the same day (see this definitive 3-minute explanation from Noam Chomsky on precisely how mainstream television's demand for "concision" -- which shapes how the overwhelming majority of Americans receive their "news" -- precludes any meaningful examination or challenging of prevailing political orthodoxies)..."

3. the thing is, in the end, mr pig loses
mr pig wants to wallow in his filthy shit while the rest of the world suffers from poverty, but...to arrange the chaos means undermining faith in truth, in logic, in reason and soon, which mr pig thinks he can force the world to go along with later on, when chaos no longer serves any purpose (an example of this was the crash of flight 587 on Nov 10/01 just 2 months after 911 when media induced hysteria over 'terrorism' was in full bore; but the crash of flight 987- which bumped the National Opinion Research Centre, or NORC, results off of front page and effectively buried news that, numerically, Gore easily won the 2k election- threatened the airline industry and travel etc, so immediately the bushnews proclaimed it was an accident, hohum, but it wasn't an accident and noone believed it no matter how much the bushmedia lied) simply by getting pimedia to mouth the talking points, as it does already, only now the tp's based upon real facts rather then bushfacts! But it won't work. Already, heartlessness is seens as a 'christian' trait, and the moon landing program was mocked up, just like 911 was- elvis lives with JFK in a sanatorium in hawaii etc. To galvanise the skill and ingenuity of humanity is imperative in the future, or we all gonna die. And! They lie because they cannot do otherwise, so who gonna believe the crap?
