2. The suit is asking loaded questions
Fair pay for fair work is what generates the money to be revolving around. If corporations are going to sleaze and embezzle and do as much on the cheap, that creates a disparity. I'm not keen on unions for some reasons, but they are "a necessary evil" until corporations stop doing their own evil.

3. Men who steal from the workers don't want workers to stop the orgy.
These financial fools have put our country on the wrong track. It's real workers who should be rewarded, not this phoney bull S. about those who take risks should be rewarded. Besided, didn't those derivatives protect the "risk" takers. You know the derivatives that have screwed over America and the entire world.

F**k you Buffet! and all your Fraud Street whores!

5. From a parasite
This man has become one of the wealthiest people in the world, and has never created one single thing of value.
Warren Buffet is what is wrong with modern capitalism, and America. Hoarding vast sums of wealth, obtained solely through manipulating the means that others produce the wealth through their creativity and labor. No surprise at all that he is against allowing the majority to get their fair share of what is created from their own labor, that would mean that parasites like himself wouldn't be able to amass their obscene fortunes without actually earning it.

You cannot become a billionaire without exploiting or cheating someone. No one is worth that much, period.

6. The position he represented here is based on the Big Lie
Either he is in on the Lie, or someone told him unions are out to eliminate the secret ballot. nothing could be more false.

Regardless of which way I would vote to organize a company or shop or whatever, I DO NOT WANT MANEGMENT TO KNOW. If I voted FOR it, and it failed, I dont want to be idenitified and fired.

If I voted against it, and it passes, I dont want the Union to know.

There are appeals processes and procedures (like an employer flat out refusing to acknowledge a union, even when 90% or better majority votes for it)that can stall implementation of collective bargaining agreements and negotiations. EFCA eliminates those hurdles.

Also keep in mind currently 12% of the workforce is union. EFCA could increase that up towards 20% at the high estimates. Thats still a minority of the workforce.

I just won an unemployment appeal in which a former employer stated that I quit his job and therefore not entitled to benefits. Im an ironworker apprentice here, had I quit, I would have been taken off the work list ("benched") and gone before a review committee. They have a history of kicking people out of the program for non-compliance to Union agreements with the contractors(The one that says Apprentices cant quit).

Workers need protection against employers liek him that dont care what happens to you the worker.

10. Corporations are going to pay a ton of money to stop this
Senators will take it and it won't get passed. And you can guess the excuse they will use
