that he has a clip where he sold people to sell - in doing this he was "sticking my neck out" because he could have gotten burned if the market rebounded
yet if the market goes down after he screams "buy buy buy" that's ok because his job is to tell people to buy no matter what the circumstances
in his defense he just exposed himself
